I asked for a refund, telling her I dont want to wait any longer as I have now been waiting over 3 weeks for my order. After waiting over the weekend, I checked the *** site again, and it is still lost. I told her I would give her 1 more day, and then I would like a refund. She didnt want to do either, instead she said her logistics team would look into it again. After 3 more days is when *** updated their website to say there was no information available for my package, I emailed back again asking if she could send me a replacement for the order that was lost, or refund me.

She said to just give it a day or so, these things usually resolve themselves. After a few days of not receiving any information back, I emailed again asking where my order was. She said she would have her logistics team look into it. When I contacted customer service, the owner ********* replied back to me. When I went to check on where my order was through *** tracking, it showed that it had not left the facility, and then eventually *** stated that they have no information available as to where my package is. I ordered a replacement UPPAbaby **** handle over 2 weeks ago.
